Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects effectively and on time. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to ensure that all project components, timelines, and resources are aligned. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving team success and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Ensure the smooth execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and teams.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
    • Facilitate communication between team members to ensure clarity on goals, responsibilities, and timelines.
    • Attend and contribute to team meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned on project status.
  • Resource Management:
    • Track and manage resource allocation across different teams to ensure optimal utilization.
    • Help identify any resource gaps and assist in resolving them.
  • Client Interaction:
    • Support client communication regarding project timelines, deliverables, and updates.
    • Assist with gathering client feedback and incorporating it into the project workflow.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and meeting notes.
    • Prepare and distribute reports on project progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a tech or product-focused environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello ) and MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of Agile project management is a plus.
    • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
