We’re a product design team building fan engagement and loyalty experiences for some of the largest sports organizations in the world.
A growing part of our platform is a suite of arcade-style mini-games - simple, fast, highly engaging experiences (think Wordle, Connections, reaction games, prediction games, etc.) that integrate directly into digital fan ecosystems.
We’re hiring a Junior Game & Visual Designer to focus on designing and producing the visual layer of these games at scale.
Design and produce high-quality 2D game graphics across a wide range of mini-game formats
Adapt and customize game visuals to match different brand systems (sports teams, leagues, media brands, etc.)
Work across a large volume of game variants, balancing speed with consistency and quality
Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate production without compromising quality
Collaborate closely with product designers to ensure games feel cohesive within broader digital experiences
Contribute to evolving visual patterns, UI components, and reusable game assets
Strong visual eye - you understand composition, color, typography, and hierarchy at a high level
A portfolio that demonstrates polished, intentional design work (not just concepts - execution matters)
Genuine interest in games and interactive experiences
Particularly simple, clever, high-engagement formats (mobile, arcade, puzzle, etc.)
Proven experience using AI tools as a core part of your design workflow (e.g. generating, iterating, and scaling visual output efficiently)
High attention to detail and consistency across variations
Comfort operating in a production-heavy role with a large volume of output
Proactive, reliable, and takes ownership of their work
Experience designing for games (even small, personal, or experimental projects)
Familiarity with motion, interaction patterns, or basic game logic thinking
We’re flexible on tools. If there’s something you need to do your best work, we’ll support it.
Work on products used by major global sports brands
Be embedded in a high-performing product design team
Learn product thinking, systems, and execution standards from experienced designers
Opportunity to grow into broader product or game design roles over time
This is an execution-focused role. You’ll be producing a high volume of work, and enjoying that process is critical.
If you’re excited by making games, refining visuals, and shipping consistently high-quality output - this is a strong fit.
